Andrew Lloyd leads client relationship management, solutions marketing and development as well as technical and trial consulting for Litigation Media Group.  Andrew co-founded the company in 2003 after working as a litigation media consultant for a specialty law firm in the San Francisco Bay Area. 

With over 19 years of experience focusing on the legal, broadcast media, communications, information technology and software fields, Andrew draws from a wealth of knowledge and a strong background in developing and leading highly effective sales, services and marketing organizations. Prior to working in the legal industry, Andrew served as senior director of services marketing and customer relations at Aspect Communications.  Andrew also worked as vice president of sales and marketing for a Silicon Valley wireless startup company. Andrew has also held various management positions with Siemens, Rolm and IBM. Prior to moving to the San Francisco Bay Area, Andrew worked in media marketing consulting and the broadcast media fields. Andrew has a bachelor’s degree in communications from Brigham Young University

Steven M. Thompson leads business development, strategic marketing, finance and operations for Litigation Media Group. Steven joined Andrew Lloyd in co-founding the company in 2003 after building and directing a successful global consulting practice for Autodesk.

Steven brings 20 years of experience in building customer relationships, delivering value-driven solutions based on the latest technology and executing key business strategies to the company.   Steven has deep experience and knowledge in sales, professional services, strategic market development, customer relationship management, and e-commerce in industries such as finance, legal, telecommunications, engineering/construction and government.  He has worked exclusively with legal departments in the development and implementation of contracts, business ventures, mergers and acquisitions and business practices. Steven also possesses expertise in live theater production and is on the Board of Directors of a Bay Area theater company.  During his career, Steven has held numerous senior management and leadership posts at IBM, Aspect Communications, and Autodesk.  Steven holds an MBA from the University of San Francisco and has bachelors’ degrees in Marketing and MIS.

Natalie Russo   brings a wealth of trial experience to Litigation Media Group. Natalie has been a professional legal assistant for 18 years and began her career at the San Francisco insurance defense firm of Fisher & Hurst.

Natalie has consistently worked as a consulting Paralegal for various Bay Area law firms such as Kenny & Markowitz, Yaron & Associates, Bishop Berry Howe Haney and Rider, as well as Bassi Martini and Blum. Natalie has extensive experience in complex litigation matters involving asbestos, refractory installation, construction defect, aviation law, environmental law and general products liability. Natalie’s proven trial preparation expertise, which includes document review, deposition summary and coding, document database creation and management, expert witness preparation, and legal research, has won her praise from both partners and peers. Natalie holds a paralegal certificate from St. Mary’s College in Moraga, CA and a bachelor’s degree in public relations from California State University at Sacramento.
